A keen footballer swapped his soccer boots for trainers to complete a 5k run a day throughout November in aid of charity.

Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) is offering a Christmas tree recycling service for households across Cornwall.
Last Christmas, ‘treecyclers’ raised thousands for the charity, which runs Little Harbour children’s hospice in St Austell, as well as Charlton Farm near Bristol, and Little Bridge House in North Devon.

A sunflower garden in Newquay raised £205 for Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW).
Mitchell Fruit Garden opened it’s doors for families to enjoy the iconic yellow flowers, alongside their sub tropical garden.
Mitchell Fruit Garden have been long standing supporters of CHSW, and it’s Little Harbour children’s hospice in nearby St Austell.
The garden gave 30% of the entry fees to the garden to the hospice.
Family and friends of a much-loved teenager who lost his life in a road accident are organising a Christmas toy run for a children’s hospice in his memory.
Eighteen-year-old Alfie Gray, from Weston-super-Mare, died after a collision with a car while riding his motorbike home from work on September 10.
Former Priory School student, Alfie was travelling home from his job as a warehouse assistant in Yatton when the collision happened near Puxton Park in Hewish.
