Your new St Ives Charity Shop opens

Crowds come out to support new Children's Hospice South West charity shop in St Ives.

CEO and Co-founder, Eddie Farwell cut the ribbon with new shop Manager; Tash, shop Manager's Assistant; Helen and members of St Ives Friend's Group, to officially open the shop at Tregenna Place, St Ives.

Tash Long, Shop Manager said “The charity has such strong community support in the town so having a shop, where people know they’re supporting local families, is great. We’re still in need of more volunteers to help us run the shop so if people would like to be part of a small but very friendly team in a bright, fresh new shop, do pop in. It’s a shop with a lovely atmosphere and it has probably the biggest children’s clothing, toys and books section of all the charity shops in town – there’s even a play table for little ones to sit whilst you browse.”
