We understand how important it is to celebrate the lives of those we love. We also understand that finding ways to remember and honour them is important.
Whether it’s setting up a SMILE tribute fund, remembering them on our Memory Wall, taking part in our Moonlight Memory Walk or simply making a donation in lieu of flowers at their funeral you will be supporting CHSW whilst remembering your loved one.

Moonlight Memory Walk is a beautiful memory ceremony followed by a sponsored walk along beautifully lit paths with special points along the way to pause and remember.

Each year we hold a special services of remembrance, local to each of our hospices for supporters to remember their loved ones.
