The La La Choirs will be making a rousing return to Exeter Cathedral next month for a very special Christmas concert in aid of Children's Hospice South West (CHSW).
The sixth annual concert by the popular community choir will take place on Friday, December 10 and tickets are available to buy now.

The Penguin Challenge requires participants to do 2 open water swims a month between November and March. Hazel is allowed to wear a wetsuit but has decided it will be more of a challenge to try and do 4 dips a month in a bikini!

The Narnia-themed evening at Woodbury Park Hotel and Golf Club on November 12 raised nearly £12,000 for the charity, while giving guests the chance to look back on three decades of incredible care for local families.
Housebuilder Cavanna Homes has raised £4,613 for Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) at its charity golf day at Woodbury Park near Exeter.
Cavanna team members, local businesses and contractors took to the greens in October following a networking breakfast, playing 18 holes of golf, many of which were sponsored by local businesses. In the evening, attendees enjoyed a three-course barbecue and took part in an auction, bidding for prizes donated by local suppliers and businesses.
The Vice Presidents Club at Plymouth Argyle is again organising its annual black-tie event at the new Argyle Hospitality lounge on Saturday 11 December in aid of Children’s Hospice South West.
The event was unable to go ahead in 2020 due to covid restrictions however with the rules now relaxed the event can safely proceed. At £45 per head this is a great option for a Christmas get-together with colleagues or family while helping to raise money for a local charity.
A new variety of rose has been created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Children’s Hospice South West.
The ‘Precious Lives’ rose was specially grown by rose expert David White, Managing Director of Bedfordshire-based World of Roses.
