Sally tells us what an amazing experience the Skydive was:
“The view was incredible; it was a perfect day and the sun was shining! I was so excited to be doing the jump. I was free falling at 120 mph, it didn't feel like that though, I felt so free, when the parachute opened it was a feeling of freedom and calmness. Just beautiful, and I even got to steer the parachute! I felt very empowered and will remember the experience forever.”
“Working as part of the Sibling Team at Little Bridge House is such a privilege and so rewarding. Supporting the siblings through their journey, we want to make them feel special and build a trusting relationship so they can come to us with any worries or concerns. We also want them to have fun and enjoy themselves!
“This is the reason I did the Skydive, to help continue the support we offer. I did a coffee morning to help raise funds and I would like to thank every single person that has supported my fundraising effort.”
Gubs Hayer, Area fundraiser for CHSW, was delighted to receive the fundraising cheque from Sally for an incredible £2,145 following her Skydive jump. Gubs says:
"Thank you so much to Sally for taking part in one of our Skydives and raising an amazing amount through sponsorship! Sally is a fabulous ambassador for the charity, not only by supporting siblings at Little Bridge House but by getting involved and fundraising for the charity as well!
