Family-run Bays Brewery in Paignton is kickstarting the season of goodwill in big-hearted style with its latest charity brew ‘Jingle Ale’ raising funds for Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW).
Available now in bottles, cask and beer boxes, the ho-ho hoppy bitter is deep amber in colour with a subtle sweetness, perfect for those looking to raise a toast to a great cause this Christmas with 5% of proceeds from every pint and bottle sold donated to CHSW!
‘Jingle Ale’ is the fourth and final charity beer from the Devon brewery in 2024, with the latest tipple hoping to spread some cheer among those who need it most over the festive season.
Director of Bays Brewery, Peter Salmon, said:
Being a family-run brewery, we were keen for our final charity brew of the year to pay homage to a local charity that has ‘family’ at its heart, and we couldn’t think of a more deserving one than CHSW.
“For more than 30 years they have been supporting children and families going through the most unimaginable of circumstances, and with Christmas just around the corner, we felt it was a hugely significant time to shine a spotlight on the amazing work they do for families across the region.”
Beer drinkers can say ‘cheers’ to CHSW by enjoying a pint of ‘Jingle Ale’ at many pubs, bars and restaurants across Devon, or by ordering a case or beer box direct to their door on its online shop.
5% of proceeds from its ‘Jingle Ale’ charity brew will go towards CHSW’s invaluable work providing much-needed care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions here in the South West.
Daniela Hopkins, Area Fundraiser for Children’s Hospice South West, said:
Thank you to Bays Brewery for choosing to support Children's Hospice South West with their sales of Jingle Ale over the festive period. Each bottle sold will help to raise vital funds so that the charity can continue to support children and young people and their families when they need it the most. Thankyou
