Ethna Bashford

Ethna is originally from N. Ireland, where she completed her registered nurse training before moving to England. Having a long career in the NHS, she has had numerous practitioner, education and management roles in children’s services. 

Ethna’s motivation and drive originate from wanting to improve the outcomes for children, young people and their families through family-centred approach, delivering high quality standards of compassionate care.

Ethna has volunteered for a number of charities, including working in charity shops and providing youth clubs for disabled children and young people.
