Ride for Precious Lives
Are you up for the challenge?

Ride for Precious Lives is our annual sponsored cycle, covering over 200 miles through challenging, yet breathtaking, scenery to raise money for short and precious lives. T
This unique event is aimed at cyclists who can commit to riding 70 to 80 miles each day on a route that explores several hills across the South West. Are you up for the challenge?
Cyclists have been inspired by the families they have met at our hospices as well as by riding alongside CHSW supporters, staff and family members taking part too. This makes Ride for Precious Lives a truly unique event and a must for any cyclist.
Trevor McCurdie (the founder of Ride for Precious Lives) said:
The route was a great success as it took in so much spectacular countryside on blissfully quiet roads and the camaraderie of the riders and support crew made every scheduled or unscheduled stop become a social occasion. But most importantly the riders got to see both Little Bridge House and Charlton Farm which gave the whole ride a sense of purpose.
