Santas on the Run full or partial refund enquiry form
Following the cancellation of our Santas on the Run on Sunday 11 December 2022 we would be so grateful if you would consider your registration fee being treated as a much needed donation to help local children, young people and families. However, if you would prefer this to be refunded, please use the form below. All refund requests must be received by Thursday 22 December, after which we will treat your registration fee as a kind donation that will immediately help families.
Refund payments work their way through the banking system via our card services provider and should appear in your account for the card originally used to purchase your ticket. Please note that we can only process a refund to the person who purchased the tickets. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to show in your bank account.
