Following the cancellation of this year's Bubble Rush at Plymouth you may like to request a refund on your event tickets.
Thank you for your patience and support as we work though the refund process. Refund payments work their way through the banking system via our card services provider and should appear automatically in your account for the card originally used to purchase your ticket.
If following your refund request you have checked your bank account and have not received your refund by the 2 November 2018 please complete the form below and we will make further enquiries and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that we can only process a refunds to the person who purchased the tickets.
