Gift Aid donations make a huge difference to our charity and if you are unsure about which option to select due to your individual circumstances, please get in touch with us at enquiries@chsw.org.uk
For any donation received that is not accompanied by a Gift Aid declaration we will rely on any declarations currently held on file for you.
Please notify Children’s Hospice South West if you; want to cancel your Gift Aid declaration in the future; change your name or home address; no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains tax.
If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
