Why has the event been postponed?

Due to the severe weather warning issued by the Met Office, we are sadly having to postpone Tawstock Grotto. This decision has been taken with the safety of our participants, volunteers and staff in mind.  

When is the new date?

We are pleased to let you know that we will now hold the event on Tuesday 10 December  

Will my Santa slot be the same?

Our fundraising team will be in contact to rearrange the time slots for the new date.

I can't make the new date, please can I have a refund?

As per our event T&Cs if you are unable to attend on this new date, we are able to offer you a full refund on the ticket price upon request.  All refund requests must be received by 20 December. After this date your registration fee will be treated as a donation. All refunds will be paid to the original payee.
