The Great Bristol Half Marathon is a run for everyone, and is renowned for being flat and fast. If running through a vibrant city, past the beautiful Floating Harbour, and underneath Brunel’s iconic Suspension Bridge, has always been on your list, then 2025 is your year!
With entertainment on the route and the city turning out to cheer you on as you run the 13.1 miles, this is a half marathon not to be missed!
The Great Bristol Half Marathon 2025 is taking place on Sunday, May 11th 2025, and we will be there on the day to cheer you on. Tickets for the event are now live, and to secure your place in this fantastic event click the button below. Once signed up with the organisers, let us know that you are running by filling in the enquiry form below, and we will get your running vest and fundraising pack sent out to you. We can’t wait to hear about your training and have you as part of #TeamCHSW.

If you have already bought a place for the Great Bristol Half Marathon and would like to use the opportunity to raise sponsorship for CHSW, please click the button below. There is no minimum sponsorship required, we just ask you raise as much as you can to support the Children & families we help. We will send you a running vest and Fundraising Pack as a part of Team CHSW and you will have support from your local fundraiser along the way.

The sponsorship you raise will help us deliver on our promise to ‘make the most of short and precious lives across the South West’. Without the support of our wonderful fundraisers like you, we would not be able to continue providing the range of vital services that we currently offer to our families and children.
We are here to support you every step of the way, and will also be there on the day to watch you run and cheer you on from our Cheer Point on Prince Street.
Running for team CHSW
Jake and Chris are passionate supporters of Children’s Hospice South West and will run the Bristol Half Marathon in full PPE to raise funds! Fifty staff at Ethical Power are also joining the effort. Read their story and get inspired to run the Bath Half to support our vital work.
