Charlton Farm opened its doors in 2007 to provide a secluded and beautiful setting where families can take some time out and just enjoy spending time together. Within those 10 years around 362 families have been supported by the hospice.

Exactly ten years ago today (26th April) CHSW’s Charlton Farm opened its doors to sick children and families. To mark the occasion a ceremony was held within its beautiful grounds.

Co-Founder and CEO Eddie Farwell planted a tree to commemorate the momentous milestone.

Volunteer for us

Could you volunteer 10 hours of your time to help support your local hospice? We have many roles to choose from, you could help sort items in one of our shops, marshal an event or lend your green fingers to Charlton Farm's garden.
