You, your child and your family matter to us and we hope you will enjoy your stays with us. However, we learn how to improve our care by listening to you, and are very interested in any feedback families can give us. Comments and suggestions are welcomed verbally or in writing through our suggestions box. We also encourage all families to take part in any activities we organise to evaluate how successful we are in meeting your needs for example our family satisfaction survey or quality assurance activities.
